Columbia Museum of Art names Director of Education

COLUMBIA, SC.- The Columbia Museum of Art announces the appointment of Kerry Kuhlkin-Hornsby as director of education. She was previously the Education Programs and Volunteer Manager at the Museum and prior to that role, she was a Museum educator at Museum of York County and a Kindergarten teacher at St. Joseph School. Kuhlkin-Hornsby brings 20 years of education and art experience and has taught over 100 art classes and workshops. She recently curated a student photography exhibition, which was selected for display in United States Senator Lindsey Graham’s offices in Washington, DC. By partnering with organizations like Columbia Green and Palmetto Conservation Foundation, she also revamped the Education Gallery to be a fun and interactive space for children.
