James "Whitey" Bulger Memorabilia Being Auctioned Online

BOSTON (AP).- Now that reputed Boston mob boss James “Whitey” Bulger is back behind bars after 16 years on the run, some people are trying to cash in on his notoriety. Bulger-related items, including bobblehead dolls and documents bearing his signature, have popped up on eBay Inc.’s auction website since his arrest in California last month. More than a dozen documents related to a $14.3 million lottery ticket Bulger split with three men in 1991 are being sold for $1,200. They include a notarized agreement with Bulger’s signature that guaranteed him an annual check of $119,408. Bulger’s money was forfeited to the government. The documents were put up for sale by the former wife of one of the men who shared the prize. The 81-year-old Bulger has pleaded not guilty in connection to 19 murders.
