American Institute of Architects New York Chapter Announces 2nd Annual Subway Exhibition

NEW YORK, NY.- – This October, the American Institute of Architects New York Chapter will send out the message that design matters by highlighting the work of New York architects through our member showcase, MADE IN NEW YORK. Building on the success of last year’s New York Now! subway exhibition, the AIA New York Chapter/Center for Architecture will open MADE IN NEW YORK in the West 4th Street subway station on October 6, as part of the Center for Architecture’s Annual Architecture Week. In an effort to include the work of all AIA New York Chapter members, this year’s call includes work from around the world by Chapter members. AIANY will be soliciting works of all scales and types – small, large, commercial, residential, public, private, interiors, historic preservation, engineering, landscape and urban design. Together, they will present the scope and quality of work being done by AIA New York Chapter members across the globe.
