NEW YORK, NY.- The Isamu Noguchi Foundation and Garden Museum (known as The Noguchi Museum) has announced the election of David D. Holbrook as Chairman of its Board of Trustees at its Annual Meeting in May. Mr. Holbrook has been a Trustee of the Museum and member of its executive committee since 2001. He succeeds Samuel Sachs II, who has led the Board since 2005 and will continue to serve as a Museum Trustee. Noguchi Museum Director Jenny Dixon stated, We are delighted that David Holbrook has agreed to serve as the next Chairman of our Board of Trustees. David, who has served the Museum with distinction as Treasurer and a member of its executive committee, brings to his new role a deep commitment to the Museums programs and audiences, as well as a wide-ranging knowledge of New York Citys cultural institutions. He follows the stellar term of Sam Sachs, whose vision and dedication
