KANSAS CITY, MO.- Visitors to The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art will be able to arrive in high style when brightly decorated pedicabs ferry passengers from the Country Club Plaza to the Museum for Monets Water Lilies. Three pedicabs operated by Tricycle Transit will bring visitors to several stops around the Country Club Plaza with a special stop for those who want to see the Museum. There is no cost to passengers unless they care to tip the pedicab driver. This is another way that we have made the Museum more accessible to the public, said Nelson-Atkins Director & CEO Julián Zugazagoitia. There is also an added bonus. The pedicab drivers are handing out business cards that give two dollars off the admission price for the Monet exhibition.
