The exhibition will team the UKs most creative bakers with artists and creatives who want to create with sugar. The concept by Mad Artists Tea Party is sponsored by Tate & Lyle Sugars and the exhibition, with works interpreting the meaning of FAIR, will be at The Future Gallery, 5 Great Newport Street, London, from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th. Cake Britain is the Worlds first-ever edible art exhibition, at which the UKs most creative bakers and food artists are presenting their mouth-watering works interpreting the meaning of FAIR with Fairtrade sugar as the main ingredient. Think Pop Art, Impressionism or Abstract Expressionism but swap canvas for sugar and seriousness for a sense of contagious enthusiasm. The Cake Britain exhibition is to help
